A phone call is setup to discuss your goals, visions, and to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of who you are and what you do. During this call I am open to you getting to know me and my process better. Once we’ve agreed that we’re a good team, I will give you an estimated start by date and send a custom proposal.
Booking & Estimated Project Timeline
Once you’ve approved and signed the proposal, a non-refundable deposit is due and, a definitive start date is established (Cheers!!!). An estimated project timeline is also e-mailed to you outlining each step of the process. This timeline allows us to stay on schedule and for you to get an approximate date as to when you’ll receive your final files.
One size fits all (not so true for brands). During this time, I will send a Design Questionnaire for you to throughouly answer. This will allow me to get an in-depth understanding as to who your ideal client is and your intentions for your brand. It also serves as data for my designing process.
I get to see through YOUR eyes! You’ll gather inspiration pictures of how you would like your brand to look & feel. While you’re working I’m coming up with a cohesive color palette that resonates with your brand. Once you’ve approved your custom color palette, it is incorporated into the inspiration board I create for you.
I rely on the colors, patterns, and visuals of the inspiration board and begin to start sketching logo variations for your brand. This process can take up to 10 to 15 business days. You will then have the opportunity to review and request up to 2 revisions of logo concepts. After we’ve finalized the main logo, I create submark variations (secondary logo) for you to choose from (1 revision available). Pulling all of the elements from our project, a brand style guide is created just for you to print! Final Payment is due at this time.

Once the final payment is made, final files are delivered in high resolution formats (.jpg, .png, .pdf, .eps).
